How to install winget

On Windows 11 and recent Windows 10, App Installer from the Store usually provides winget: App Installer.

If you do not have the Store, use aka.ms/getwinget.

After first login, if winget is still missing, the official Learn page uses this command:

Add-AppxPackage -RegisterByFamilyName -MainPackage Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe

How to open PowerShell

1. Open Start, type PowerShell, press Enter.
2. Or press Win+X, then choose Windows PowerShell or Terminal.

Then install Stirling PDF
